Howdy Partners, uh, Parents!
We're "rounding up" some support for the 2007 NHE Walk a Thon, WILD WILD WEST WALK. (September 28th)
This year, we're going to the parent community for sponsor support. As part of the Walk a Thon, every student in the school will receive a T shirt (whether they participate or not) and your sponsorship helps pay for these T Shirts. This year, the winner of the student design contest held in June will have their design on the front of the shirt. (Congrats to 5th grader Stephanie Wong!)
We have 2 sponsorship levels:
Premier Sponsors:
- $250
- Corporate Logo on back of the T Shirts (6 logos total)
- Corporate signage placed around the track
Friends of NHE:
- $100
- Your corporate name, or family name, on the back of the T Shirt. (20 names total)
Here's what you need to do, and don’t delay:
Premier Sponsors:
Send check for $250 to Cathy Kuhn, address below. Email the corporate logo to the address below. Premier Sponsors for the shirt will be taken on a first come, first served basis, based on mail receipt of the check. Make checks payable to NHE PTA. You will be contacted in September regarding your sign for the track.
Friends of NHE:
Send check for $100 to Cathy Kuhn, address below. Make checks payable to NHE PTA. The first 20 checks received via mail will be the names placed on the shirt.
*DEADLINE:* All checks must be received by *Wednesday, JULY 25th* (due to T shirt deadlines). No exceptions.
